Meta tag to refesh the page

This is the meta tag that is used to refresh the page.

<META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT='100; URL=index.php'>
Here, CONTENT='100 means time interval for a refresh.
URL is the page/url must be refreshed.
